the scourge stands at six feet tall, with an almost ghostly pale complexion, with black hair in masculine form and knee length white hair in feminine form. moon's crimson eyes often carry a sharpness, with a dim gleam within them. they usually wear a set of red and black utilitarian assassin outfit that features the assassin insignia on the back in red. also present is a utility belt around moon's waist to store weapons along with the wakizashi and katana that hang off it, though the weapons are not carried when not on a mission. entire frame is then covered by a black cloak that is red on the inside, with visage being partially obscured by the assassin hood. a small cross necklace is forever present around neck, and a large scar from a stab wound stretches from the sternum and down moon's abdomen, the only scar that has never healed. vambraces forged out of alloy are present on both forearms, designed specially with hidden blade present in each, the left one possessing a projectile phantom blade setup, with black gauntlets often covering hands.

❝ PHYSICAL. moon's abilities are far higher than most true ancestors. she is very capable and incredibly powerful, making her a formidable opponent in combat and even making her able to survive in direct sunlight, despite being a vampiric being ( although she does hate sunlight ). with moon's full power, moon can deflect virtually any magical attack and tank any physical impact. once he is utilizing his true power, a trail of wilted roses sprout and dark red cracks in the earth form behind him, along with the very fabric of reality distorting. additionally, moon can indefinitely regenerate their body at a rapid pace, as well as create another body if the current one is damaged beyond repair.❝ SHAPESHIFTING. the aforementioned ability to create a new body and rapid regeneration work together to give the scourge both a female and male form. superficial features change, such as the body becomes that of the other sex, the hair change changes colour, though everything relating to her abilities and her personality remains the same. this also allows moon to shapeshift into any humanoid, but the true ancestor has a clear preference for the original two forms, believing it is "underhanded and cowardly" to hide under the disguise of another human.❝ MAGICAL. moon is physically barred from performing any kind of magic, but at the same time, has a unique ability tailor made for moon; a kind of adaptive immunity. in simpler terms, if a magical spell has been used on her once before, she will be immune to it forever. though, for example, if a weaker binding spell is conjured upon them and they break free, they will not be immune to a binding spell of a higher power than the one used on them.❝ ELEMENTAL. zephyr's mystic eyes of enchantment allow him to place suggestions or commands into people's minds, or paralyze them. although , it can be undone by the victim if their willpower is strong enough, which allows them to still maintain some autonomy over their body. the mystic eyes also serve a dual purpose, acting as a way to access zephyr's eagle vision. this essentially allows moon to see through the eyes of aquila, the eagle bound to it. it allows him to differentiate friend from foe and helps point him towards objectives.❝ MARBLE PHANTASM. the marble phantasm possessed by zephyr is an ability of nature spirits like himself, which acts as the planet's very own sense of touch, which allows them to reconstruct the world around through probability alteration. by connecting their will to the world, they can warp it into any environment they can imagine. however, this does not work with things that exist independently of the world, such as humans or animals.❝ CRIMSON MOON. as a viable vessel for brunestud, moon inherits his powers, though moon refuses to use any of them. with his full power, he becomes exempt from all universal concepts upto several dimensions, and even gains the ability to change concepts, like the laws of physics, or just create entirely new ones. a universe of infinite concepts resides within moon's consciousness, one only accessible to moon, which moon can use as a library to introduce concepts to this world, or take concepts away.❝ UNCHANGING. zephyr is a deathless being, being completely exempt from the concept of death in all ways. in the event that moon's body is completely obliterated, it will find a way to regenerate, even if it is from a single limb, or a single cell or even a drop of blood. if all else fails, their connection to the earth will make it so the earth itself creates them a new body.

ORIGIN.❝ long years ago , during the turn of the second millennium, groups of an ancient race, the true ancestors, had long sought to create a perfect vessel for their own creator, brunestud of the crimson moon.one such group was ostracized from the larger sect, with their leader giving in to his urges and corrupting after consuming blood, and sought to one day, exact revenge.decades passed, and so did a dozen failed attempts, until one last - ditch attempt . . succeeded.ATTEMPT THIRTEEN . 'twas the first full moon of 1157. a cross between a human assassin and a true ancestor. four subjects produced. three dead in infancy. one survivor, subject 13 - 4.the boy was the first one to survive until testing could progress . he exhibited early development of regenerative abilities, showing a complete regeneration time of only 3.1 seconds to regrow all fingers once they were sliced off, the new ones developing with no scars.every breathing moment was agony for the child, pain being all he knew. being maimed, tortured, starved, diseased, burnt, drowned and murdered everyday for nothing more than the father's thirst for revenge. to mold an innocent child into a weapon, a perfect one.

the father's men relished in the cruelties of their inhumane experiments, subjecting the boy to immeasurable pain for the sake of creating their perfect killing machine.he would be subjected to pain and torture regularly, whether that be physical or mental, or for the sake of testing. it had no right to feel, after all. it had only one purpose.13 - 4 was perfect in every way, healing factor, eagle vision, ferocity, strength, speed, stealth . . . in all ways except one. the human side to his being gave him adaptability and versatility . . but wrought emotions and humanity, even if minute, which his creator overlooked.with emotions and feelings came the yearning for the freedom he was denied, building up inside him, layers and layers of hatred and fear from the ones that plagued his very existence, until one day , at the age of four . . he ran.while his creators, they, who made him utterly perfect for all their purposes, realised . . if such a feeling, such strong emotion could break through his ice cold heart and compel him to run away . .

what would stop all the hatred and rage from compelling him to tear apart his creators for vengeance ?and now, suddenly, the shining success that was 13 - 4 was a mortal threat to everyone he saw, every monster that abused his innocent soul, who now hunt him for their own sake.into the forest he ran, left to fend for himself as an orphan with no one. he vowed to leave behind his past and live a peaceful life, to live to his fullest potential and enjoy the flowing rivers and sparkling stars and the gentle embrace of cool winds, to enjoy nature's gifts, to smell the scents of flowers, pet every animal he sees, to not worry about anything, to simply exist freely and just live . .in that moment, hiding inside a bush to shelter himself from the strong winds, he decided he would name himself after the winds, peaceful and gentle, just like he aspired to be . . he wasn't going to be just a number anymore . . he was going to be no one's monster, no one's weapon of destruction . . he was going to be . . ▍ ❝   LIMBUS COMPANY.
in the city, zephyr brunestud is a color fixer known as the crimson moon. moon manages a one person office, specializing in assassinations, intelligence and infiltration. no one knows of moon's origins or how moon ended up in the city in the first place, only that moon has never failed in a contract. unlike many colors, there is not much information to be had about the assassin, only information about how to contact moon and where moon's office is, along with descriptions of the aftermaths of moon's operations.

▍ ❝   PRESSURE.
at urbanshade, there are few expendable operatives as demented and blatantly psychotic as zephyr brunestud, who has certainly earned moon's reputation of being "the scourge". having faced unspeakable things from a tender age, moon's mind is sufficiently torn apart into pieces, hiding away moon's sensitivities behind a sadistic, murderous personality, tempered by an outward appearance of seeming a calm, reasonable man. he is extraordinarily skilled at extracting crystals, and despite having received offers to be set free, moon stays at urbanshade, just for the fun of it.
